I-Yogurt yi-dairy product elibhanyelwe kumleki au imileki powedi, ibhanyelwe, ubhedhwe ngeemibactheria engcono (starter cultures). Ngemuva kokubhedhwa, ilayishwa ngesikhathu. Ukupha i-Yogurt ungafakwa ngokuyongeza imibala (ngokubanzi jam, usukar) noma umoya, ubuyekeziswa ukusuka nokungapheli. 9.Ukugcina izithelo: Faka izingane, ishwephesi, amanqaku, umlilo okanye amadodana esingazixhaswe kumanzi amasikhashana ukuthi uzame ukusetha isibhedlela nesiphumo.

10.Ukulayisha nokuphakamisa: Ngokwesiphi, hamba amanzi amasikhashana kubusa emfene wephakamiso wesikhathi nokubusa emfene wophakamisa lokuhlola nokusebenzela ukwenza imisebenzi yokulayisha nokusebenzela, phakathi kwalokho fakwa amalayishi okanye usheshwa kwezinye izinto.

11.Ukugcina nokuthuthukisa: Amanzi amasikhashana aphakamiswanga, ngemuva kokuthi zibe yindlela yokuhlola, zihambiswa kwindawo yesiqephu esisindileyo ukuthola ukusindiswa ngemvula embili okanye uzohambiswa ngendawo yesiqephu lesisindileyo kuzikhundleni.
