Binciken teknolojin farko na tsari mai yawa da ke nuna yadda yankin kai tsakanin wani lokaci ya kula da alaka da kayan nutriyantin raw milk?

A cikin alamomin yau da kullum da ke da shawarar lafiya, an zama Weishu UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) labari mai tsada sosai a makarantun gida, ana amfani da shi saboda yawan lokaci da ke bada kama da saukin amfani. Wata abubu daya daga cikin bukukuwa masu yawa wajen mutane suna bayyana: shin irin proses marasa hankali din suna iya kiyaye darajar kayan tarina na asali na labari? Amsar abin wa ya kamata ku duba teknolashin mamakin Weishu, wanda aka girma baka daidai don kare bakana za a samu ba tare da "koyaushe" kayan tarina na farko da zurfin labari.

Tarihin kowane takardar labari na Weishu ya fara tare da kewar kwaliti a wurin sadarwa. Bayan karfe ayyukan karbawa, labarin rawana yana tsauwa akan alhaja a cikin furuwa da tabbatar da rashin zarar, sannan sai yana kama kusan zuwa 2-3°C don adana. Wannan matakin farko masu mahimmanci yana kiyas kama da sauƙi, sarrafa, da kuma kwaliti mai larabci ga duk abubuwan Weishu.

Bayan gwadawa, zai shiga gagage a mahimmacin: tasowa. Ta hanyar amfani da alkaru masu girman girmama, Weishu yana kara karamin dudun mai tsokaci zuwa cikin kayayyakin mai zurfi da yawa. Wannan ayyuka yana kula da fat, kawo tsakurin maitaƙi da zurfin buɗe mai shekara da ke fara harba, sai kuma yana sauya milk ya kasance mai rahoton lallaye.

Gabatarin tsakanin yankin farawa shine "Tsaron Karfi Mai Tsawon Tsawon Tsaro". Nau'in UHT na Weishu yana nemi karfin zuwa tsawon 135-150°C don hanya 4 zuwa 10 seconds. Wannan ana kirkirta shi ne a biyu bangalora: labari din faruwa ta adana zuwa 80-85°C don karkatar da whey proteins, sannan sai kai tsaron karfin karfi zuwa tsawon farko. Wannan aiki mai sauƙi yana taho da kuma kasa dukkanin microorganisms, hada da pathogens da spores.

Wannan haɗin da ke dogo na "tsawon karfi" da "karan lokaci" ita ce tushen illimin kara rawa. Kama da tsari mai yusawa, teknolojin UHT na Weishu ya kare tasiri kan abubuwan kara rawa da suka sha karfi (kamar wasu bitamina B) kuma ya kare matsar da wuya na protein, yayin da yake kara rawa a kan kyakkyawa ta hanyar kara rawa da taste.

Amfani da labari mai zurfi da powder milk a matsayin kayan aikin Tsari-ni ayyukan takaitaccen Weishu yake samar da rashin nazarin bayanai kamar whole milk, skimmed milk, da flavored milk, tare da shafukan da ke dari 500 zuwa 10,000 liters per hour. Samarun da aka dace ya kasance a cikin brick cartons, pillow pouches ko plastic bottles, tare da tabbatar da safeye da kara rawa a cikin Weishu milk ba tare da refrigeration ko preservatives ba.

Tsarin Tsari-Ni Samar da UHT Milk

A karshe, magana Weishu UHT shinkafa yauke da saukin rage; amma wata tsarin inginiyar da take haɗawa gudummawa, zaba'awa, tabbatar da hankali na zurfinsa, da kuma rage a caggaba. Ta hanyar amfani da wannan ilimi da teknoloji, Weishu ta godiya in nuna abincin da ke karyama da sauƙi wanda ke bukata masu amfani, yayin da ke taimakawa “tare da kai” kyaututtukan kyautu daga natiijen kowane taro.
