To protect the nutritional integrity of the milk, Weishu deployed its advanced low-temperature, low-pressure multi-stage spray drying tower.

Perfect Instant Solubility: Integrated internal and external fluidized beds allow for precise secondary drying and agglomeration (granulation). This ensures the final powder achieves optimal particle size distribution and a moisture content below 4%, resulting in excellent instant solubility without clumping.
High-Precision Automatic Micro-Dosing System
For critical micro-ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, and DHA, manual dosing was completely replaced by Weishu’s closed-loop automatic dosing system.
