Working Principle

The main working part is the rotor with the hammer (also known as the hammer head). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin and a hammer. The rotor is driven by an electric motor and rotates at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding opening and is crushed by the impact, influence, shearing and grinding of the hammers moving at high speed. In the lower part of the rotor, a sieve plate is provided, and the particles smaller than the size of the sieve are discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the size of the sieve hole remain on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammers, and are finally discharged through the sieve plate. The size of the discharge is adjusted by changing the screen plate to a different size. The gap between the rotor and the screen plate can be adjusted by means of an adjustment mechanism as required.
