Description
The Continuous Water Soaking Sterilizer is designed for efficient thermal processing of packaged foods and beverages. It is capable of handling a production capacity of 1–5 tons per hour and achieves sterilizing temperatures up to 98°C, which can be customized according to order requirements. The machine features a steam-heated water tank with automatic control via a steam solenoid valve, ensuring optimal heat utilization. With fully adjustable processing and cooling times, along with a variable-speed conveyor belt, it offers flexibility for various production needs. The equipment is robustly constructed, operationally stable, and designed for user-friendly operation.
Working Principle
This sterilizer operates by immersing products in a temperature-controlled hot water tank heated by steam. The steam flow is precisely regulated by a solenoid valve to maintain the required sterilizing temperature. Products are conveyed through the heated water bath for a set duration (10–35 minutes, adjustable via belt speed) to achieve thorough sterilization. Subsequently, they pass through a cooling section where they are cooled to approximately 20°C, also with adjustable immersion time. The entire process ensures uniform heat treatment and efficient energy use, with the hot water being recirculated to minimize waste.
