Description

The Continuous Spraying Type Pasteurization and Cooling Tunnel is designed based on advanced imported technologies, utilizing a multi-stage temperature control process. It employs warm water for preheating, recycled hot water for sterilization, recycled warm water for pre-cooling, and cooling water for final cooling. The equipment features automatic sterilization temperature control and adjustable sterilization time, making it suitable for a wide range of bottled and canned beverages such as juice, electrolyte drinks, wine, and condiments. It can be customized according to specific sterilization requirements and production capacities provided by customers.

Working principle

The equipment operates through a continuous conveyor belt system where containers pass through several spray zones. First, products are preheated with warm water sprays to gradually raise the temperature. Then, they are sterilized by recycled hot water sprays maintained at a precise temperature (up to 95°C). The sterilized products are pre-cooled with recycled warm water to avoid thermal shock and finally cooled to the desired temperature using cooling water. The entire process is automated with closed-loop temperature control to ensure consistent sterilization effect and product quality. The belt speed can be adjusted from 110 to 553 mm/min to accommodate different sterilization time requirements.
