Description
1. Pot Body
Primarily constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, the pot body consists of an inner cylinder, outer cylinder, top cover, sealing flange, sealing strip, and piping.
2. Double Helix Tensile Structure
Made of SUS316 stainless steel, this component is welded and mirror-polished for enhanced durability and smooth finish.
3. Automatic Opening Mechanism
This system includes an opening gas tank, bearings, supports, and support arms to enable automated operation.
4. Automatic Weighing System
Equipped with weighing sensors for precise measurement and control.
5. Steam Injection and Jacket Heating
Features two independent heating systems: direct steam injection and jacket heating, each with separate steam control.
6. Vacuum System
