Description
This milk pasteurizer is designed specifically for milk, goat milk, camel milk, etc. Its main structure is a multi-stage plate heat exchanger, extend the shelf life of fresh milk through disinfection and rapid cooling. It can meet various heating, pasteurization, and cooling requirements according to different processes and materials. Equipped with various safety functions such as high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux, and can also be equipped with various automatic control systems according to user needs.
Working principle
By utilizing high-precision temperature control between the product and hot water, milk is input from a balance tank into a plate heat exchanger. After heat exchange with sterilized milk in the heating section, the temperature of the cold milk is raised to a predetermined value. Then, it is indirectly heated to a specified temperature through hot water heated by steam. The milk is maintained at the required temperature in a holding tube for a period of time for low-temperature and long-term pasteurization. After coming out of the holding tube, it exchanges heat with the cold milk entering the machine, and finally cools to the predetermined outlet temperature in the cooling section. The entire process is carried out in a closed state to ensure the biological stability of the milk.
Application
Widely used in the production of pasteurized milk, yogurt, cheese,etc. This equipment can be connected to equipment such as cream separators, disc separators, homogenizers, vacuum degassing machines, etc.
